Happy Birthday Glenn!

There is a four month period every year that Glenn and I are actually the same age. The rest of the time, I am older than him. So, I tend to get really excited when he finally has a birthday and we can be the same age for a while!

This year we started Glenn's celebration by completing PIGGING OUT at the Outback, appetizers, desserts, all the things we always feel too guilty to get normally. A few days later, after discovering that Glenn shared birthdays with a few of our friends, we were invited to a joint birthday party at the Tolley's. There we were fed a great dinner of enchiladas, salads, and birthday pies, cheesecakes and tarts! It was a great night of friends and celebrating. Happy birthday boys!

Since Glenn isn't an Internet person, he's not featured near as much as he should be on the blog, so I'm going to take the time to copy so many of you out there, by listing some of the reasons I love Glenn...

1. Great biceps and pecs (first thing that attracted me to him!)

2. Fantastic dad, you should see the way my kids react when daddy comes home, they love him so much!

3. He is so good to help me clean, cook, and even allows me to sleep in when he can, even with everything he has to do.

4. He is incredibly flexible and is happy to go and do pretty much anything I suggest, and always seems to enjoy himself.

5. So family oriented, he doesn't care much what he is doing as long as he is with his family.

6. He is very handy around the house and can fix and assemble just about anything.

7. He is great to talk to, and helps me work through my irrational moments!

8. He has learned whenever dishing himself his nightly dessert, to just help himself to extra every time, because he knows that he is going to have a mooching wife who is too concerned about calories to get her own!

9. He's always willing to run to the grocery store to pick stuff up for me when he can.

10. He is so supportive of me and all of my hairbrained schemes that I'm constantly concocting!

11. He lets Jayda play video games with him, even if it means losing previous games, and never getting to play the way he wants.

12. He has a very even temper, and manages to leave his worries at the door. He rarely seems stressed or grouchy.

13. He loves to hear about our day when he comes home, even when there isn't a lot to tell, and gets excited to hear about the fun things we do during the day.

14. He looks hot in scrubs.

15. He is very snuggly and cuddly, and even though I'm not, I never have to wonder if he loves me or not because he's constantly wrapped around me!
