Eating, Cooking, and Plain Ol' Tomfoolery

About a month ago Glenn's two sisters, along with our nephew Damian (Glenn's brother's son), came to visit over Spring Break. It's always so fun when people come to visit because we essentially get a funfilled vacation without having to pack or travel. The first two days were basically spent exercising our stomachs for all the eating ahead. We enjoyed big fat cheesesteaks our first night (a Philly rite of passage), and since Keisha missed Thanksgiving last year (not in the states), we figured we welcome her back with a big turkey dinner. So much time was spent cooking, baking, tasting, laughing and resting. We finished of our evening introducing Rachel and Damian to Settlers of Catan, one of the few games I like! It was a very nice way to start off our week.

More posts to come...hopefully!
