Rainy day at Valley Forge

Saturday we decided to get out of the house and do a little exploring at Valley Forge, which is only twenty minutes from our apartment. We knew it was going to be raining, but took our chances and in the end, decided it was totally worth it to just go outside and get wet. The kids ended up loving it, and my only regret is that we didn't stay longer! It was so pretty, and I love all the history that comes with it. I have a feeling that we will be going to Valley Forge a lot in the next three years!

Glad to see it looks like fun! Another trip we'll have to put on our to-do list! BTW...I haven't seen or talked to you in forever!!! Let's get together soon.

Fun! That is still one place we haven't been.

I sincerely hope you made a stop at Zwahlen's before heading home... It's my firm belief that no trip to VF is complete without it. Even when we lived 5 mins from the park :)

That does look like fun! We'll have to give that place another try, we went in the dead of winter when it was freezing so we didn't stay very long either. Love the pictures!!!

I have to admit, I'm pretty jealous of all the fun places you are seeing there. I totally admire that you are OUT doing things in your "new" city.

Cute pictures. Isn't it pretty out there? And I have to agree with Emily, you have got to go to Zwahlen's. YUM!
