Pictures-And the stories that go with them!

Glenn made this awesome toy box over a year ago, and as you can see, it's chuck full of toys. The funny thing is that our kids have absolutely no interest in the box, or it's contents until a friend comes over, then it's a complete fight for who can get the most toys to themselves. Jayda goes as far as to get INTO the box to claim her territory. It's really funny to me. Anyway, this is Janna's little girl Audrey with my kids swarmed around the usually neglected toy box.




We got this tricycle over a year ago thinking that at one and a half she'd be able to ride it! But it was worth the wait because she's just now getting the hang of it and loves to take it for a spin.











Baby Haven, or Mr Weathersby as he is oftentimes referred to, smiling at his daddy (my brother Kendall). I can't believe how big and ADORABLE he is getting!




Last week Glenn and I were able to double date with my old Practicuum Instructor Kelly and his friend Lisa. Kelly was the one who walked me through my internship my last semester of college and got me through some pretty crazy experiences with our clients. He's an MSW in Idaho Falls now and starting a new job. It was so fun to see him again--gosh dang, am I short or what!?







This is just a cute picture my kids sharing a recliner. It's also a good demonstration of times to come. I feel like I spend a lot of time defending Skyler, since Jayda is a bit of a bully. However, I've been seeing Skyler's potential lately, and he's becoming quite the force to reckon with. He may be quiet, but his attacks are lethal. Not to mention the two of them weigh about the same and wear the same size diaper! Jayda better look out!







Last weekend I went to visit my friend Suzanne, who was actually staying at her brother's to watch her neices and nephews. All of the kids were in school except for her neice Briley. Jayda was able some girl time with her new friend, which included coloring, watching Strawberry Shortcake, and sitting at the breakfast bar for lunch like a big kid. I guess she really is becoming a big kid, sheesh, where does the time go!

I love these pics because I caught them in motion. Glenn was bouncing Skyler on his knee, which is the funnest, most hilarious, thing in his world.





Maybe the scales aren't going down at record pace, but after over a year, my wedding ring finally fits my finger again! It puts a halt to my late night galavanting, but it's nice to be able to show that I'm married again, plus, it's a gorgeous ring that Glenn picked out himself.
