You're going to be fine. You have such an animated, attractive personality- there's no way you'll be living there without new friends for long. As for the unpacking...I really can't help ya there. :( sorry. Just take it al one day at a time and things will fall into place. Poky misses you guys! Come back soon!
Yay! I love these kind of posts! I get to learn so much about you! Have fun in Philly and have another Philly cheesesteak for me!
I was just reading the Jayda-isms, and laughed at the bathroom one, "Are you going potty like a big girl, mom?" Because Samantha has started to do that, and she also goes "I'll hold you mom, so you don't fall in! Don't worry, I've got you!"
And about unpacking, just remember the Incredibles:
Elasti-girl:"Hi Honey! Just calling to let you know that we are officially moved in!"
Mr. I: "And the last three years don't count because....." Elasti-girl: "I just unpacked the last box today!"
We have things we never unpacked from the last move over 3 years ago. I figure if I don't need it within the first oh, 6 months, I never really needed it much anyway, so might as well leave it packed for the next trip! (most of it is just sentimental things or outgrown clothes of Sam's I'm keeping around "just in case")
So ... where are the pics of your casa?
Aren't women funny after they have a baby. All those answers are just what I would say after having my kids. I'm so jealous that you get to see the wonderful seasons with the holidays over there. You got to take pictures of the Fall. That is my favorite time of year. I hear it is beautiful on the east cost.
